Pink stripy sock yarn, 4 ply self striping yarn, merino and nylon
75% merino, 25% Nylon
Pink stripy sock yarn gives around 4 rows of bright pink, 2 rows of paler pink, 3 rows of very pale pink before darkening down again. (Rows calculated on a 60 stitch round using 2.25mm needles).
Self striping sock yarns are one of my favourite things to dye. You get a fabulous effect without the need for continual joining.
100g will easily make a full size adult pair of socks with yarn to spare.
Hand wash only to preserve clarity of colour.
